Free templates are generic. They don't account for your state, industry, or specific operations. ComplyKing generates documents customized to your business, with inline citations linking each requirement to the actual regulation. Every citation is cross-checked before your document is delivered.

The questionnaire takes less than 5 minutes. Document generation takes a few minutes after that. You can download your finished, inspection-ready document as soon as generation completes.

No. The questionnaire asks plain-language questions about your business: your state, number of employees, type of operations. We handle the regulatory research and document formatting.

We generate OSHA Safety Plans, Employee Handbooks, Food Safety Plans (HACCP), Emergency Action Plans, Training Records, Incident Reports, Inspection Prep Checklists, and Chemical Hazard Plans. Available document types vary by industry, and all are included on every plan.

Yes. Documents are built from current federal and state regulations (OSHA 29 CFR, FDA Food Code, HIPAA 45 CFR, state labor boards). Every requirement includes the regulatory citation it comes from. They are ready for inspections, audits, and employee distribution.

Our documents are state-specific. We check federal requirements against your state's regulations so nothing gets missed. Select your state during the questionnaire and we handle the rest.

Yes. All plans include unlimited manual edits (your changes to the document text, not regenerations). Documents are available as PDFs on all plans, and as Word files on Professional and above. Add your logo, adjust wording, or make whatever changes you need.

Citations are independently verified against current federal and state regulations before your document is delivered. Each requirement links back to the specific OSHA, FDA, HIPAA, or state code it references.

We monitor OSHA, FDA, HIPAA, and state agencies for regulatory updates. When a change affects your documents, we notify you and you can regenerate with one click. Professional and Business plan subscribers also get a compliance calendar that tracks upcoming deadlines.

Yes. Each document can be regenerated up to 3 times. Regeneration is useful when your business operations change or when regulations are updated. Editing an existing document does not count as a regeneration.

No. Your first document is free, no credit card or account needed. You get the same state-specific document with regulatory citations that paying subscribers get.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Purchases are non-refundable since documents are generated on demand. You keep access until the end of your billing period after canceling. Try the free document first to see if ComplyKing works for you.

Your documents are never deleted. If you cancel, you retain access to all generated documents until the end of your billing period. After that, your account moves to a read-only state where you can still view and download your existing documents.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe. All payments are processed securely and your card information never touches our servers.

All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in US East) with Row Level Security enabled on every table. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow security best practices including input validation, parameterized queries, and strict access controls.

Only you can access your documents. Row Level Security ensures that database queries only return data belonging to the authenticated user. Our admin tools have separate access controls and audit logging.

No. We do not sell or share your information. The business details you enter in the questionnaire are only used to generate your documents. We use Anthropic and OpenAI APIs for generation and verification, and both prohibit training on customer data. See our privacy policy for details.

Yes. Our privacy policy covers GDPR requirements including lawful bases for processing (Article 6), data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability), and international transfer safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses). We also comply with CCPA for California residents.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your credit card information is never stored on or transmitted through our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID for subscription management.
